GPA INNOVA's DLyte® systems use a dry electro- polishing process that:
- Does not require liquid electrlytes, reducing waste, handling of chemicals and environmental burden.
- Achieves highly consistent, reproducible, mirror- like f inishes on metals while preserving part geometry and avoiding micro-scratches. • It is suitable for a wide range of materials - stainless steel, cobalt-chrome, titanium, nickel alloys, aluminium, etc.
- Enables processing of complex geometries, tight tolerances, and difficult to access surfaces.
